Local Fourth of July Celebration
Full Description:
Pleasanton volunteers plan the ninth
local Fourth of July celebration from 1 to
2:30 p.m. at Lion’s Wayside Park, at the
corner of First and Neal streets. This
year’s theme is “Jefferson: A vision for
America.” Guests are encouraged to
bring a picnic blankets or lawn chairs,
and wear red, white and blue. The Lion’s
Club will offer “A Dog & a Drink for a
Dollar” and will also give away hand-held
American flags to the first 500 guests.
